Event Planning Services in Northern Virginia
We are based out of Arlington, VA and can work with you anywhere in the Northern Virginia area to make your event plans a reality. Over the past few years we have coordinated all aspects of various events, ranging from sweet sixteens and prom parties to weddings, and we have continually gone above and beyond to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied.
At Handal’s Decor and Events, we specialize in event design, planning, and coordination. We use the best vendors and planning solutions to ensure a high standard of quality. For example, if we hire a DJ for your event we will also have a backup DJ ready in case that the primary DJ does not perform. We are always creating backup plans and keeping them on-hand, this way your event will go over smoothly no matter what.
In addition to planning weddings we also work with clients to plan special occasions such as holiday parties, proposals, and moving away parties.

If you’re looking to plan a wedding event we can certainly help with putting together an invitation list and sending out invites. We also keep track of the people that accepted your invites, and can even follow up with the guests on your list that may have not had a chance to reply.
Our Coordinator
Our coordinator is Olimpia Handal-Rodriguez, who has many years of experience planning events and loves to work on projects that are challenging and rewarding. Her favorite part of being an event planner and decorator is seeing her clients’ faces when everything comes together as imagined. Olimpia also has a daughter who enjoys helping her with decorations from time to time. When you work with Olimpia you can rest assured that you getting an exceptional event set up is her number one priority.
